摘要
以气象数据库为参考标准,根据各部门提供的报文结构说明,解译实时上传的各类报文资料,建立存储外部门数据的数据库,实现数据库的实时更新。通过小时气温数据的缺测值检查、气候界限值检查、内部一致性检查、时间一致性检查、空间一致性检查,完成对外部门数据中的气温要素在气象学意义上的质量控制,建立浙江省实时质量控制业务流程,实现基于"一张图"的气象站与外部门站点数据融合,加快推进多源信息在气象中的应用。
Taking the meteorological database as a reference standard,according to the message structure description provided by various departments,try to interpret all kinds of message data uploaded in real time and establish a database for storing external department data,thus realizing real-time update of the database.After completing the meteorological quality control of the temperature elements in the external department data through the lack of temperature element inspection,climate limit value inspection,internal consistency inspection,time consistency inspection,and spatial consistency inspection,Zhejiang real-time Quality Control business processes is established,realizing the data fusion between weather stations based on"a picture"and external departmental sites,and accelerating the application of multisource information in meteorology.
