科技创新高质量发展“涡轮式推进”作用机制研究——以浙江创新实践为例

摘要 我国已进入高质量发展阶段,作为核心驱动力的科技创新本身的高质量发展,已成为谋篇布局"十四五"、以科技创新催生新发展动能的重要命题。在深入实施创新驱动发展战略中,浙江创新实践表明,充分发挥科技创新高质量发展"涡轮式推进"的主导、支撑、引领作用机制,才能加快推动高水平创新型省份和创新强省以及"重要窗口"建设。 China has entered a stage of high-quality development.The high-quality development of scientific and technological innovation itself,as the core driving force,has become an important proposition in the"fourteenth five year plan"to promote new development momentum through scientific and technological innovation.In the process of deeply implementing the innovation driven development strategy,Zhejiang’s innovation practice shows that we should give full play to the guiding,supporting and leading mechanism of"turbo propulsion"in the high-quality development of scientific and technological innovation,Only in this way can we accelerate the construction of high-level innovative provinces,strong innovative provinces and"important windows".
