摘要
为解决某煤矿310水平大巷回采支护难题,在分析软岩巷道变形成因基础上,对310大巷进行支护参数设计,提出新的支护方案,利用FLAC3D软件模拟研究巷道受力特征,并对巷道两帮及顶底板变形位移量进行监测。研究表明:锚网索-钢拱架联合支护对附近煤体起到了锚固作用,能够形成承载结构,共同对围岩变形产生抵制作用。现场进行为期90 d的监测,顶底板总移近量为253 mm,两帮总移近量为290 mm,有效控制了巷道的收缩变形,为软岩巷道支护提供了重要的理论依据。
In order to solve the problem of stopping support of a large roadway at the level of 310 in a coal mine,based on the analysis of the causes of deformation of soft rock roadway,the support parameters of 310 roadway were designed and a new support scheme was proposed.The force characteristics of the roadway were simulated by FLAC3D software,and the deformation displacement of the roadway’s two sides and roof and floor were monitored.The results show that:the combined support of anchor net and steel arch plays a role in anchoring the surrounding coal,forming a bearing structure and resisting the deformation of surrounding rock.The site was monitored for 90 days.The total moving amount of roof and floor was 253 mm,and the total moving amount of two sides was 290 mm,which effectively controlled the contraction deformation of roadway and provided an important theoretical basis for soft rock roadway support.
