渭河盆地第四纪哺乳动物群序列及有关问题探讨

Discussion on the Quaternary Mammalian Fauna Sequence and Relevant Issues in the Weihe Basin

黄土高原南缘的渭河盆地第四纪地层出露良好,富含哺乳动物化石。本文在对渭河盆地第四纪哺乳动物化石产地野外调查的基础上,系统收集整理前人已有的成果,结合最新研究进展,对渭河盆地第四纪哺乳动物群做了归纳总结。渭河盆地第四纪哺乳动物群的时代由早到晚依次为:早更新世的后河动物群、公王岭动物群、阳郭动物群,中更新世的陈家窝动物群、锡水洞动物群、大荔人动物群,晚更新世的涝池河动物群以及全新世的半坡动物群。本文针对渭河盆地第四纪哺乳动物研究中的若干问题进行了初步思考,旨在为后续的研究提供参考。

The Weihe Basin,also known as the Weihe Graben Basin or Guanzhong Plain,is located in the southern margin of the Loess Plateau.The Weihe Basin has a well-developed and continuous Quaternary strata,which are abundant in mammalian fossils.In this paper,on the basis of field investigation,together with the previously published data and the latest research progress,we summarize the chronological sequence of the Quaternary mammalian fauna in the Weihe Basin.The Quaternary mammal fauna in the Weihe Basin can be arranged from early to late in the following order:the Houhecun fauna,the Gongwangling fauna and the Yangguo fauna of the Early Pleistocene,the Chenjiawo fauna,the Xishuidong fauna and the Dali fauna of the Middle Pleistocene,the Laochihe fauna of the Late Pleistocene and the Banpo fauna of the Holocene.In this paper,some relevant issues on Quaternary mammalian faunas in the Weihe Basin are considered in order to provide references for the future research.
