工业污染源空间分布及万元产值排污量与行业关联分析——以温州市瓯海区为例 被引量:3

摘要 工业污染源的空间分布是环境污染控制和区域产业发展规划制定的基础。本研究通过实地调研结合全国第二次污染源普查数据,基于Arc GIS和RStudio软件,对研究区域工业污染源的空间分布特征和万元产值排污量与行业关联进行了比较分析。研究结果显示,温州市瓯海区以小微企业为主,工业污染源空间分布仍较为分散,大气污染物中的VOCs和颗粒物等排放基本处于无组织排放状态。工业废水主要污染物治理效率较高,管控措施较为到位。工业固废中的危险废物收集和综合处理难度较大。此外,万元产值排污量与行业关联分析结果显示,热力生产和应用、电子电路制造、机械零部件加工、生物质能发电等行业污染高、产值低。综上所述,在地方环境管理中,应着重加强小微企业无组织排放的VOCs和颗粒物等污染物的监测与治理,强化危险废物的收集措施,调整产业结构,促进传统产业的优化升级。 The spatial distribution of industrial pollution sources is the basis of environmental pollution control and regional industrial development planning.Based on ArcGIS and RStudio software,this study comparatively analyzed the spatial distribution characteristics of industrial pollution sources in the research area and the correlation between the emissions amount of pollutants per ten thousand yuan of output value and the industries by field research combined with data from the second national census of pollution sources.The results indicated that industries in Ouhai district of Wenzhou are dominated by small and micro ones,and the spatial distribution of industrial pollution sources is still relatively dispersed.Air pollutants VOCs and particulate matter(PM)are basically in a state of disorganized emission.The treatment efficiency of main pollutants in industrial wastewater is high and the control measures are in place.It is difficult to collect and treat hazardous industrial waste.In addition,results of the correlation between the emissions amount of pollutants per ten thousand yuan of output value and the industries showed that the thermal production and application,electronic circuit manufacturing,mechanical parts processing,biomass energy generation and other industries have high pollution emissions and low output value.To sum up,in the local environmental management,we should focus on strengthening the monitoring and treatment of inorganization discharged VOCs,PM,and other pollutants from small and micro industries,strengthening the collection measures of hazardous waste,adjusting the industrial structure and promoting the optimization and upgrading of traditional industries.
