摘要
以DNA为模板合成的银纳米簇是一类优异的荧光物质,它可以在DNA模板上通过简单的步骤原位合成。由于其尺寸小,量子产率高,发射波长可调以及较低的毒性,很好的生物相容性而受到广泛的关注和研究。DNA银纳米簇的性质在很大程度上取决于DNA模板。茎环结构(发夹结构)DNA是单链DNA的一种特殊的二级结构,其由双链茎部及单链的环部组成,其双链部分使发夹结构具有一定的刚性,能更好的稳定银纳米簇,同时其单链环部可以作为银纳米簇很好的合成支架。本文立足于茎环结构DNA模板化的银纳米簇,总结了该银纳米簇的合成及其检测应用的研究进展,将会为预测并设计具有优异荧光性质的DNA银纳米簇提供理论基础,有望进一步拓展DNA银纳米簇在检测上的应用。
DNA silver nanoclusters are a kind of excellent,label-free fluorescent material that can be synthesized in situ by simple steps on a DNA template.Due to its small size,high quantum yield,tunable emission wavelength,low toxicity,and good biocompatibility,it has been widely studied.The nature of DNA silver nanoclusters depends to a large extent on the DNA template.Stem-loop structure(hairpin structure)DNA is a special secondary structure of single-stranded DNA,which consists of a doublestranded stem and a single-stranded loop.The double-stranded portion has a certain structural rigidity,which can better stabilize the silver nanocluster,and the loop which was a single chain can be used as a good synthetic scaffold for the silver nanocluster.In this paper,the synthesis and application of DNA templated silver nanoclusters in stem-loop structure are discussed and summarized.It is possible to provide a theoretical basis for the predictive design of DNA silver nanoclusters with excellent fluorescence properties.At the same time,the application of DNA silver nanoclusters is systematically summarized to provide new ideas for the detective application of silver nanoclusters.
