基于POE的商场建成环境可步行性综合测度方法

Environment Walkability Comprehensive Measurement Method of Shopping Mall Based on POE

将西安大悦城当作研究示例,引入POE方法,通过调查问卷与数据分析法从使用者主观评价的角度对商场建成环境可步行性进行综合测度。依据科学性与系统性、全面性与代表性、稳定性与独立性、可操作性与明晰性等原则确定评价指标。将商场外部空间环境、内部交通空间环境、内部公共服务空间与景观环境当作主观评价问卷主要指标因素进行调查,结果显示:该商场性能良好,从总体上看商场建成环境可步行性较强,整体受欢迎程度较高,其中商场内部景观空间环境得分最高,表现出了趣味性设计可有效提高使用者满意度。

Taking Xi’an Joy City as a research example,the POE method was introduced to comprehensively measure the pedestrian walkability of the mall from the perspective of user subjective evaluation through questionnaires and data analysis.The evaluation indicators are determined according to the principles of science and system,comprehensiveness and representativeness,stability and independence,operability and clarity.The external space environment,internal traffic space environment,internal public service space and landscape environment of the shopping mall were investigated as the main index factors of the subjective evaluation questionnaire.The results showed that the mall had good performance and the walking environment of the shopping mall was generally walkable.The overall popularity is high,and the interior landscape space environment of the mall has the highest score,showing an interesting design that can effectively improve user satisfaction.
