高职院校教师职业素养的提升路径探索——基于“文化梯度育人”实践的启示

摘要 教师的职业素养是影响高职教育人才培养质量的重要因素。国家推行有关加快职业教育发展和培养"工匠精神"的具体举措,对高职院校的育人工作提出了更高要求,也使教师的职业素养面临着全面提质的严峻挑战。本文以杭州职业技术学院为例,通过分析高职院校教师职业素养存在的具体问题,探索在"文化梯度育人"背景下提升教师职业素养和育人意识的有效对策。 Teachers’professional quality is an important factor affecting the quality of personnel training in higher vocational education.The specific measures of speeding up the development of vocational education and cultivating the"craftsmanship spirit"have raised higher requirements for the education of higher vocational colleges,and also posed severe challenges to teachers’professional quality.This paper takes Hangzhou Vocational and Technical College as an example,analyzes the specific problems of teachers’professional quality in higher vocational colleges,and explores effective countermeasures to improve teachers’professional quality and education consciousness under the background of"cultural gradient education".
