科技创新视角下新冠疫情对浙江农业发展影响及对策研究

Research on Effect and Suggestion for Zhejiang Agricultural Development Under COVID-19——from the Perspective of Sci-Tech Innovation

面对2020年突如其来的新冠疫情,如何保证农业这一国民经济基础产业不动摇,如何保证国内农产品供给不受影响?带着这些问题,本文研究了浙江省在疫情冲击下农业科技暴露出来的短板,如种业进口依赖问题、农业生物安全问题、农业生产方式落后以及农产品储运方面的短板问题,并提出了相应的对策和建议。

Agriculture development is an important link in ensuring people’s livelihood.In the face of the coVID-19 outbreak in 2020,how can we ensure that agriculrure,the basis industry of the national economy,and the supply of domestic agricultural products?With these issue in mind,this paper studies the shortcomings of agricultural technology in Zhejiang Province exposed under the impact of the epidemic,such as problems of seed import dependence,agricultural biosafety,backward agricultural production mode and the problems in the storage and transportation of agriculture products.On this basis,we put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
