基于层次分析法的玉树地区藏族建筑设计评价体系研究

Research on Evaluation System of Tibetan Architecture Design in Yushu District Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

随着建筑创作在我国的发展与革新,当代藏族建筑设计也发生了巨大转变。为探讨藏族建筑创作的影响因素,提升建筑设计质量与评价精度,文章选取玉树地区灾后重建项目为研究对象,围绕场地环境、建筑空间、建筑功能、建筑细部、建构技术5个方面而展开19项评价指标进行问卷调查分析,运用层次分析法构建藏族建筑设计评价体系,计算比较各项指标的权重值,应着重考虑建筑功能与整体布局的适用性。在定性研究的基础上,根据结果提出适宜的建筑设计策略,揭示藏区建筑未来创作的地域化探索道路,也为当代建筑营造创建一种新的设计思路。

With the development and innovation of architectural creation in China,contemporary Tibetan architectural design has also undergone a huge change.In order to explore the influencing factors of Tibetan architectural creation and improve the quality and evaluation accuracy of architectural design,the article selects the post-disaster reconstruction project in Yushu area as the research object,and develops19 items around the site environment,architectural space,architectural functions,architectural details,and construction technology.The evaluation indicators are analyzed by questionnaires,and an analytic hierarchy process is used to construct an evaluation system for Tibetan architectural design.The weights of various indicators are calculated and compared.The applicability of building functions and overall layout should be considered.Based on qualitative research,an appropriate architectural design strategy is proposed based on the results,revealing the regional exploration path for future creation of Tibetan architecture,and creating a new design idea for contemporary architecture.
