摘要
根据中国气象局人工影响天气中心编制的《人工增雨作业效果检验技术指南》(2016版),利用临海国家基本站积累的降水资料作为对比,对2018年临海1号作业点——牛头山库区的人影作业效果进行再分析,得出增雨效果的一元线性回归方程,为客观评价临海人工影响天气作业效果打下基础。
According to the"Technical Guide for the Examination of the Effects of Artificial Rainboarding Operations"(the2016 Edition)compiled by the Center for weather modification of China Meteorological Administration,the precipitation data accumulated at Linhai National Basic Station is used as a contrast.This paper reanalyzes the effect of the artificial rainboarding operation of Linhai No.1 operation point:NiutouShan area in 2018,and draws a Univariate linear regression equation of the rain increase effect.It lays the foundation for the objective evaluation of the weather effects of Linhai manual impact.
