摘要
当前应急物资分配方法对模糊条件下境外应急物资进行分配时,分配所用的时间较长,花费的成本较高。为此,引入合作博弈理论,从而有效降低成本,提出了模糊条件下境外应急物资自适应分配方法。分析了境外应急物资分配过程中的响应时间和应急成本,在合作博弈的基础上将最小化响应时间和应急成本作为优化目标,构建境外应急物资分配模型。通过矢量投影与理想点法对构建的境外应急物资分配模型进行求解,获得应急物资分配的最佳方案,实现模糊条件下境外应急物资的自适应分配。实验结果表明,采用本文方法对境外应急物资进行分配时,分配所用的时间较短,花费的成本较低,适合推广使用。
When the current emergency materials allocation method allocates overseas emergency materials under fuzzy conditions,the allocation takes a long time and the cost is high.To this end,the cooperative game theory is introduced to effectively reduce the cost,and an adaptive allocation method of overseas emergency materials under fuzzy conditions is proposed.The response time and emergency cost in the process of overseas emergency materials distribution are analyzed.On the basis of cooperative game,the response time and emergency cost are minimized,and the overseas emergency material allocation model is constructed.The overseas emergency material allocation model constructed by vector projection and ideal point method is solved to obtain the best solution for emergency material distribution,and the adaptive distribution of overseas emergency materials under fuzzy conditions is realized.The experimental results show that when the method of this paper is used to allocate overseas emergency materials,the time used for distribution is shorter and the cost is lower,which is suitable for popularization.
