秸杆/PP复合材料力学性能与抗菌防霉性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 木塑材料中的木质纤维极易受到细菌和霉菌侵蚀,影响材料的外表美观和力学性能。本文首先以PP和天然小麦秸秆作为主要原材料,加入吡啶硫酮锌作为抗菌剂,制备了秸杆/PP复合材料,然后研究了POE和吡啶硫酮锌含量对复合材料力学性能的影响,以及吡啶硫酮锌含量对抗菌防霉性能的影响。实验结果表明,随着POE含量的增加,秸杆/PP复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和弯曲模量呈现下降趋势,而冲击强度呈现上升趋势。随着吡啶硫酮锌含量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、弯曲模量和冲击强度呈现轻微下降趋势,而抗菌和防霉性能呈现提高趋势。当吡啶硫酮锌含量为4wt%时,有强抗菌性能,防霉性能达到0级。 Wood fibers in wood-plastic materials are easily eroded by bacteria and fungi,which affect the appearance and mechanical properties of the materials.In this paper,straw/PP composites were prepared by using PP and natural wheat straw as main raw materials and adding zinc pyridinone as antimicrobial agent.Then effects of POE and zinc pyridinone content on the mechanical properties of the composites and the antimicrobial and antimildew properties of zinc pyridinone content were studied.The experimental results show that with increase of POE content,tensile strength,flexural strength and flexural modulus of straw/PP composites show a downward trend,while impact strength shows an upward trend.With increase of zinc content,tensile strength,flexural strength,flexural modulus and impact strength of the composite show a slight downward trend,while antibacterial and antimildew properties increased.When content of zinc pyridinone is 4 wt%,it has strong antibacterial property and mildew resistance reaches 0 level.
