荞麦文献分析及相关进展研究 被引量:6

Analysis of Literature and Related Research Progress of Buckwheat

摘要 荞麦是一种国际公认的具有独特营养价值和医疗保健功能的药食兼用作物,荞麦的加工及开发利用是国内外的研究热点。本文利用科学引文索引(SCI&SCI-E)和Innography为数据源,采用thomson data analyzer(TDA)分析软件分析了2000-2017年间荞麦研究领域发表的文献,阐述了近年来国际上荞麦的研究开发利用情况。结果发现,荞麦的研究论文总体呈上升趋势,而且近十年持续增长,我国发表荞麦论文数量占全部文献总量的20%,位居第一,但是篇均被引频次却不乐观,仅6.15%~15.95%,论文质量仍需提高。本文的分析结果有助于明确当前荞麦的主要研究方向和研究内容,为进一步深入研究荞麦提供理论参考。 Buckwheat is a one of the internationally recognized crops combined use of food and medicine,as it has be of unique nutritional value and health care function.Researchers focus research on the processing,development and utilization of buckwheat at home and abroad.Using the Science Citation Index(SCI)and Science Citation Index Expanded(SCI-E)version and Innography as data sources,the relevant literature concerning buckwheat during 2000 to 2017 are analyzed through the Thomson Data Analyzer(TDA),and the dynamic research and development of buckwheat are discussed.The results showed that the research papers of buckwheat present an upward trend and continued to grow in the last ten years.It was dominate to the number(20%of the total literature)of published papers,but the average quoting rate of papers was not optimistic,only 6.15%~15.95%,so the quality of papers still needed to be improved.The results of this study help to clarify the current main research direction and content of buckwheat,and provide a theoretical reference for further research on buckwheat.
