Modern people are increasingly inclined to define disease and health from quantitative and imperceptible aspects, which has brought many benefits, but also created a series of problems. The concept of“Big Health”based on the Aristotelian concept of human psyche provides another perspective for understanding our mental and physical health from perceptible life experience as a whole. Health does not mean exemption from all diseases, and there is no single standard of health that applies to anyone. The complex and subtle personal feelings should also be included in the consideration of the curative effects. Essentially,“health”is a humanitarian concept out of concern for individual human beings. Our human body is not only the foundation of physical health, but also of mental health. It is a task of philosophy to catalyze a healthier ideaistic ecosystem for us.
