规则数字化:科技与人文交叉的逻辑内涵与融通理路 被引量:1

摘要 科学技术与人文社会科学是人类文明两个不同的分支和重要组成部分,共同推动人和社会的全面发展,两者的相互渗透、交叉融合,无疑能为人类社会转型升级赋予更强劲的动能,促进理论知识的实质性创新。大科学、人机协同、计算社会科学等跨学科交叉研究的先导探索和展现出的特点,凸显"硬"规则的科技与"软"规则的人文两者融合创新的核心问题与关键屏障:规则转换与内在逻辑一致性,探讨以行为大数据广义矩阵方式实现不同规则之间的数字化连通、对接和转换;简要比较了在风险分析等应用案例中数字化建模分析与传统建模实证方法的特点和适应性,并展望科技与人文交叉融合、创新发展的前景。 Science&technology and humanities&social sciences are two different branches and important components of human civilization,which jointly promote the all-round development of human and society.The mutual infiltration and integration of the two will undoubtedly give a stronger momentum to the transformation and upgrading of human society and promote the substantive innovation of theoretical knowledge.Big science,man-machine collaboration,such as computational social science of interdisciplinary research guide to explore and show the characteristics of highlight hard technology and soft rules of human innovation at the core of the problem and key barrier:the fusion rules of transformation and internal logical consistency,explore ways to act big data of generalized matrix for the connection of digital connectivity between different rules,and transformation;The characteristics and adaptability of digital modeling analysis and traditional modeling empirical method in risk analysis and other application cases are briefly compared,and the prospect of science&technology and humanities integration and innovation development is forecasted.
