Design and Implementation Principles of Entrepreneur’s Scientific Quality Evaluation System in the New Era

企业家作为引导企业发展和科技创新的重要主体,其科学素质尤其重要。围绕新时代企业家科学素质测评,讨论了企业家科学素质的内涵,论证了新时代开展企业家科学素质测评的必要性。并以116位优秀企业家为样本,构建了企业家科学素质的测评指标体系,探讨了企业家科学素质测评的实施原则。

Entrepreneur’s scientific quality is particularly important,because entrepreneurs usually play an important role in guiding enterprise development and technological innovation.Focusing on the evaluation of the scientific quality of entrepreneurs in the new era,this article discusses the connotation of the scientific quality of entrepreneurs,and demonstrates the necessity of carrying out the evaluation of scientific quality of entrepreneurs in the new era.With the 116 samples of outstanding entrepreneurs,we built an evaluation system of entrepreneur’s quality.The implementation principles of how to carry out the evaluation was also discussed.
