基于多目标遗传算法的林地山区轨道运输装备结构设计与优化

Structural Design and Optimization of Transmission Line Rail Transportation Equipment Based on Multi-objective Genetic Algorithm in Woodland Mountainous Area

摘要 输电线路塔材重量大,林区山地的地势崎岖,环境复杂,为了实现输电线路轨道运输装备在林地山区进行高压电塔塔材运输中,文中通过分析轨道运输装备的组成,对关键部件进行结构设计,针对设计过程中的多目标量,基于多目标遗传算法对装备结构设计变量进行分析,设计变量满足装备运行要求的重载荷和大坡度指标,并对轨道运输装备进行实地测试验证其运行可靠性以及整体运行测试,使其满足运载能力。结果表明:轨道运输装备的组成部分合理;基于多变量遗传算法分析的关键核心部件满足设计需求;整体轨道运输装备满足在林地山区运行的要求。 In order to realize the transportation of high-voltage tower materials for transmission line rail transport equipment in forest and mountain areas,due to the heavy weight of transmission line tower ma-terials,rugged terrain and complex environment in forest and mountain areas,the analysis of the compo-sition of rail transport equipment and structural design of key components are studied.According to the multi-objective in the design process,the design variables of the equipment structure are analyzed based on the multi-objective genetic algorithm.The design variables meet the heavy load and large slope indica-tors.The overall operation test is studied by the field test to verify its operation reliability,so as to make it meet the carrying capacity.The results show that the components of rail transportation equipment are reasonable,the key core components based on multivariable genetic algorithm analysis meet the design requirements,and the overall transmission line rail transportation equipment meets the requirements for operation in forest and mountain areas.
