An Analysis on the Rapid Development of the Urban Technological Innovation within the Context of Digital Finance and Risks

技术创新不仅是推动城市经济高质、高效发展的关键,还是构建“双循环”发展格局的核心动力。持续、稳定及充足的资金支撑是发展并完成技术创新的基础。因此,发展高效、低成本的金融服务,即数字金融,势在必行。金融数字化,可为城市技术创新活动提供资金支持,优化城市金融服务效率和金融资源配置,提高城市技术创新水平,并能刺激城市居民的消费,最终促进城市经济良性循环。但数字金融这把“双刃剑”也会加速金融风险的传播、扩大金融风险的危害范围,进而引发社会矛盾。本文在数字金融高速发展及产业技术快速升级的大背景下,分析了城市技术创新的发展与风险,并为健全城市数字信用体系、保障信息安全、促进数字金融良性发展提供政策建议。

Technological innovation is not only the key to promote the high-quality and efficient development of urban economy,but also the core power to build a“double cycle”development pattern.Continuous,stable and sufficient financial support is the basis for the development and completion of technological innovation.Therefore,it is imperative to develop efficient and low-cost financial services,that is,digital finance.Financial digitalization can provide financial support for urban technological innovation activities,optimize the efficiency of urban financial services and the allocation of financial resources,improve the level of urban technological innovation,stimulate the consumption of urban residents,and ultimately promote the virtuous cycle of urban economy.This“double-edged sword”of digital finance,however,will also accelerate the spread of financial risks,expand the scope of harm of financial risks,and then cause social conflicts.This paper analyzes the development and risks of urban technological innovation within the context of the rapid development of digital finance and fast upgrading of industrial technologies,and provides policy suggestions for improving urban digital credit system,ensuring information security,and promoting the sound development of digital finance.
