江西省电子信息产业技能人才供需现状分析与对策研究

An Analysis on the Current Supply-Demand Situation and Countermeasures of the Technical Personnel in the Electronic Information Industry of Jiangxi Province

技能人才在加快产业转型升级、提高企业核心竞争力等方面扮演着重要的角色。本文基于江西省电子信息产业技能人才供需和校企合作调研问卷,分别从企业技能人才现状、需求、校企合作情况展开分析,指出技能人才培养供给侧和需求侧、人才政策、激励机制等方面存在的问题,并从政府、院校、企业的角度提出深化校企合作、改善技能人才供需矛盾的对策建议。

Technical personnel play an important role in accelerating industrial transformation and upgrading and improving the core competitiveness of an enterprise.This paper analyzes the current situation and demand of such professionals as well as college-enterprise cooperation based on the questionnaire on the supply and demand of technical staffs in the electronic information industry of Jiangxi Province and college-enterprise cooperation.Then it points out the problems in both sides of supply and demand of such professionals training,human resource policies and incentive mechanisms.Eventually it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for furthering college-enterprise cooperation and alleviating the supply-demand contradiction of technical workers from the perspective of the government,colleges and enterprises.
