高职院校思政课教师理论教学能力提升研究

Research on Improving the Theoretical Teaching Ability of Ideological and Political Theory Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校是为党和国家培养高素质技能人才的重要阵地,在这个过程中,思政课扮演着必不可少的角色。在培养技术技能人才、落实立德树人根本任务、促进教师发展等方面,思政课教师的理论教学能力发挥了重要作用。但目前思政课教师理论教学能力的提升依然面临一定的问题,如提升意识不足、专业知识储备有待加强、提升平台建设不够、促进提升的相应制度不健全等。因此,要解决目前高职院校思政课教师理论教学能力提升面临的困境,文章从强化能力意识、夯实教学内功、搭建多元平台、完善激励评价制度四个方面进行分析研究,提出策略和建议。

Higher vocational college is an important position for the party and the country to train high-quality skilled personnel,in this process,ideological and political courses play an essential role.The theoretical teaching ability of ideological and political teachers plays an important role in training technical talents,carrying out the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people,and promoting the development of teachers.However,at present,the improvement of ideological and political teachers'theoretical teaching ability still faces certain problems,such as insufficient awareness,professional knowledge reserve to be strengthened,insufficient platform construction,and imperfect corresponding system to promote improvement.Therefore,it is necessary to constantly solve the dilemma faced by teachers of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges to improve their theoretical teaching ability.This paper analyzes and studies from four aspects:strengthening ability consciousness,consolidating internal teaching skills,building multiple platforms,and improving incentive and evaluation system,and puts forward strategies and suggestions.
