摘要
当前研究通过调查医学生共情能力的现状,进一步分析医学生共情能力的影响因素。研究采用随机抽样的方法,于2023年8―9月选取新疆某医学院204名学生进行问卷调查。调查过程中使用一般资料调查表和人际反应指针共情问卷。结果显示,204名医学生共情能力均分为(70.1961±9.05271)分,处于中等水平。研究发现,医学生共情能力仍有待提高,不同人口学特征的医学生共情能力水平有显著差异,教育者应从学生的特点出发,提高学生共情能力水平。
The current research aims to investigate the current situation of empathy among medical students and further analyze the influencing factors of empathy among medical students.The study used a random sampling method and selected 204 students from a medical college in Xinjiang from August to September 2023 for a questionnaire survey.During the survey process,general information questionnaires and interpersonal response indicator empathy questionnaires were used.The results showed that the empathy ability of 204 medical students had an average score of(70.1961±9.05271),which was at a moderate level.Research has found that the empathy ability of medical students still needs to be improved,and there are significant differences in the empathy ability level of medical students with different demographic characteristics.Educators should start from the characteristics of students and improve their empathy ability level.
