新农科建设背景下“动物营养与饲料学”课程创新体系构建——以青海大学为例

摘要 “动物营养与饲料学”是动物科学专业核心课程,长期存在学生民族差异化、理论与实践脱节等问题。教学团队结合“爱农、懂农、践农”新农科人才培养理念,从教学设计、教学方法两个维度进行教学改革。采取差异化教学,打造多民族课堂,理论结合实践、科研反哺教学,构建全方位人才培养体系,不断提升学生的综合水平,培养更多服务于畜牧业的知农爱农创新人才,以赤诚之心投入我国畜牧业建设,打造绿色有机农畜产品输出高地,助力我国乡村振兴。 "Animal Nutrition and Feed Science"is a core course in the field of animal science,which has long faced problems such as ethnic differences among students and a disconnect between theory and practice.The teaching team combines the new agricultural talent cultivation concept of"loving agriculture,understanding agriculture,and practicing agriculture"to carry out teaching reform from two dimensions:teaching design and teaching methods.Adopting differentiated teaching,creating a multi-ethnic classroom,combining theory with practice and scientific research to support teaching,constructing a comprehensive talent cultivation system,continuously improving the comprehensive level of students,cultivating more innovative talents who know and love agriculture and serve the animal husbandry industry,dedicating themselves wholeheartedly to the construction of China's animal husbandry industry,creating a highland for the export of green and organic agricultural and livestock products,and helping to promote rural revitalization in China.
