“互联网+”视域下地方高校辅导员职业道德修养建设面临的挑战及对策

Challenges and Countermeasures for the Construction of Professional Ethics of Local College Counselors from the Perspective of"Internet plus"

“互联网+”时代新工科建设推动了地方传统高校教育事业的发展和改革,赋予高等教育新的内涵,对辅导员职业道德修养提出更高要求。文章立足“互联网+”时代地方新工科高校建设的内涵和对高校辅导员的影响,分析高校辅导员职业道德修养建设面临的挑战,从坚决落实终身学习的职业守则、树立正确教育观念、建立服务学生的新型师生关系三方面为加强地方新工科高校辅导员职业道德修养提出对策,从而为高校人才培养、高等教育改革发展提供思路。

The construction of new engineering in the"Internet+"era has promoted the development and reform of local traditional college education,given new connotation to higher education,and put forward higher requirements for the professional ethics of college counselors.Based on the connotation of the construction of local new engineering universities in the"Internet+"era and its impacts on college counselors,this paper analyzes the challenges faced by the construction of professional ethics of local new engineering college counselors,and proposes countermeasures from three aspects:firmly implementing the professional code of lifelong learning,establishing correct educational concepts,and establishing a new teacher-student relationship,to provide ideas for college personnel training and higher education reform and development.
