摘要
就读学前教育专业的本科生是未来的幼儿教师,同时也是推动学前教育发展的主力军。但依据多方调查结果显示,目前本科阶段学生对学前教育专业的专业认同感较低,参与专业课程的积极性不高,进入幼儿园见习或实习状态不佳,毕业后从事学前教育相关工作意愿不强。基于此,本研究依据学前教育专业学生发展现状及影响学生专业认同感的因素,提出转变教育观念,培养专业态度;构建育人体系,深化专业认知;落实素质教育,提升专业素养;拓展教育实践,丰富专业能力四种途径以提高学前教育专业学生的专业认同感,重点关注学生的专业态度、专业认知、专业素养及专业能力的培养,以此增强学前教育专业学生的职业认同感与社会价值感。
Undergraduate students majoring in preschool education are the future preschool teachers and also the main force driving the development of preschool education.However,according to the results of a multi-party survey,undergraduate students currently have a low sense of professional identification with preschool education,low enthusiasm for participating in professional courses,poor status in kindergarten internships or internships,and weak willingness to engage in preschool education related work after graduation.Based on this,this study proposes four ways to improve the professional identity of preschool education students,including changing educational concepts,cultivating professional attitudes,constructing an education system,deepening professional cognition,implementing quality education,enhancing professional literacy,expanding educational practice,and enriching professional abilities,based on the current development status of preschool education students and the factors that affect their professional identity.The focus is on students'professional attitudes and cognition,the cultivation of professional literacy and abilities in order to strengthen the professional identity and social value of students majoring in preschool education.
