摘要
文章旨在探讨思政教育对大学生心理健康水平的影响和作用机制,采用《未来期望量表》和《抑郁-焦虑-压力量表》(DASS-21)对1657名大学生进行问卷调查,结果表明:思政教育对大学生的焦虑、压力和抑郁等心理健康指标产生了显著的负向影响;在党的二十大召开前后,思政教育对焦虑、压力和抑郁的影响存在显著差异;年龄在思政教育对大学生心理健康水平的影响中起到了调节作用。思政教育有利于缓解大学生的焦虑、抑郁和压力,提升心理健康水平。思政教育前后大学生焦虑、压力和抑郁水平存在显著差异。
The purpose of this article is to explore the impact and mechanism of ideological and political education on the mental health level of college students.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 1657 college students using the Future Expectancy Scale and the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale(DASS-21).The results showed that ideological and political education had a significant negative impact on psychological health indicators such as anxiety,stress,and depression among college students;Before and after the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,there were significant differences in the impact of ideological and political education on anxiety,stress,and depression;Age plays a moderating role in the impact of ideological and political education on the mental health level of college students.Ideological and political education is beneficial for alleviating anxiety,depression,and stress among college students,and improving their mental health level.There are significant differences in the levels of anxiety,stress,and depression among college students before and after ideological and political education.
