基于校企合作模式的“生产认识实习”实践教学改革探索

Exploration on the Reform of Practical Teaching of"Production Cognition Internship"Based on the Cooperation Model between Schools and Enterprises

校企合作是一种应用型大学谋求自身发展、实现与市场结合、提高育人水平、培养高素质应用型人才的重要教育方式,它也是加强实践教学、提高教学质量的一种行之有效的方式。文章分析了校企合作模式下生产认识实习过程中存在的问题,根据生产认识实习教学改革主要的工作重点、预期达到的目标,针对性地提出了生产认识实习过程中应改进的措施,主要从认识实习、生产实习、毕业论文(设计)三个方面提出聘请企业优秀高技能人才、专业技术人员担任相应的教学工作,促进校企深入合作,以期达到完善研究型大学道桥专业生产认识实习实践教学体系的目的。

School enterprise cooperation is an important educational method in application-oriented universities to seek their own development,achieve integration with the market,improve education level,and cultivate high-quality application-oriented talents.It is also an effective way to strengthen practical teaching and improve teaching quality.This article analyzes the problems that exist in the production awareness internship process under the school enterprise cooperation model,based on the main work focus and expected goals of the reform of production awareness internship teaching,targeted measures for improvement in the process of production awareness internship are proposed.The main focus is on hiring excellent high skilled talents and professional technical personnel from enterprises to serve as teaching staff in response to the three aspects of awareness internship,production internship,and graduation thesis(design),promoting in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises.In order to achieve the goal of improving the practical teaching system of production cognition internship for the Road and Bridge major in research-oriented universities.
