摘要
地方高师院校是为国家和社会培养教师的基地,其在教师教育工作中有着其他院校不可比拟的优势,所以应当积极发挥自身作用,为当地教育工作的开展提供优秀的师资。文章对地方高师院校教师教育课程的实践教学路径展开研究,从完善课程目标、优化课程内容、完善实践教学方法以及优化考评体系四个方面提出了具体建议。以期为教师教育课程实践教学工作的实施提供一定的参考。
Local normal universities are the bases for cultivating teachers for the country and society,and they have unparalleled advantages in teacher education work compared to other universities.Therefore,they should actively play their role and provide excellent teachers for the development of local education work.The article conducts research on the practical teaching path of teacher education courses in local normal universities,and puts forward specific suggestions from four aspects:improving course objectives,optimizing course content,improving practical teaching methods,and optimizing evaluation systems.To provide certain reference for the implementation of practical teaching in teacher education curriculum.
