Research on the Reform and Innovation Path of Adult Higher Education in the Era of"Internet+"

互联网技术的快速发展,给各个行业都带来了新的机遇和挑战,其中也包括成人高等教育行业。文章首先分析了成人高等教育发展过程中在课程设置、师资队伍、教学方式和质量评价等方面存在的问题,然后提出了“互联网+”背景下成人高等教育的改革路径,包括优化课程体系、改革师资队伍和教学方式、构建教学质量评价机制等,进一步提升成人高等教育人才培养的质量和效果。

The rapid development of internet technology has brought new opportunities and challenges to various industries,including the adult higher education industry.This paper first analyzes the problems existing in the course setting,teaching staff,teaching methods and quality evaluation in the development of adult higher education,and then puts forward the reform path of adult higher education under the background of"Internet plus",including optimizing the course system,reforming the teaching staff and teaching methods,and constructing the evaluation mechanism of teaching quality,so as to further improve the quality and effect of talent training in adult higher education.
