高校延长学制学生的教育管理研究——以江苏科技大学自动化学院为例

高校延长学制学生数量的逐年增多,高校教育管理的压力也日益增长,延长学制不仅关系到高校的高质量发展,也关系到社会的和谐稳定。文章通过研究分析江苏科技大学自动化学院延长学制学生的现状,探索其延长学制的原因,根据江苏科技大学自动化学院的实际情况,提出完善教育管理制度、实行学业预警制度、开展学业帮扶措施等对策加强对延长学制学生的教育管理,助力和谐校园建设。

The increasing number of students who have extended their education system in universities has put increasing pressure on education management.Extending the education system is not only related to the high-quality development of universities,but also to the harmony and stability of society.The article analyzes the current situation of students in the School of Automation,Jiangsu University of Science and Technology,and explores the reasons for their extended study period.Based on the actual situation of the School of Automation,Jiangsu University of Science and Technology,it proposes measures such as improving the education management system,implementing academic warning systems,and implementing academic assistance measures to strengthen the education management of students in the extended study period and contribute to the construction of a harmonious campus.
