发扬新时代“枫桥经验”,构建高校学生社区基层治理新范式

Carrying Forward the "Fengqiao Experience" of the New Era and Constructing a New Paradigm for Grassroots Governance of College Student Communities

新时代“枫桥经验”是党和国家治国理政的重要经验,也是广泛应用于社会基层治理、解决基层难题的有效方法。如何将新时代“枫桥经验”融入并应用到高校学生管理工作、助力高校学生社区建设,是高校教育工作者亟须思考的问题。文章基于“枫桥经验”,从突出一个核心、强化两重保障、搭建三个平台、用好四支队伍等四个方面展开论述,切实将学生社区打造成党建思政的红色高地、人才发展的实践园地、管理服务的育人基地、安全稳定的平安阵地,有效构建起高校学生社区基层治理新范式。

The"Fengqiao Experience"in the new era is an important experience of the Party and the state in governing the country,and it is also an effective method widely used in grassroots governance and solving grassroots problems.How to integrate and apply the"Fengqiao experience"of the new era into the management of university students and assist in the construction of university student communities is an urgent issue that university educators need to consider.The article is based on the"Fengqiao Experience"and discusses from four aspects:highlighting a core,strengthening dual guarantees,building three platforms,and making good use of four teams.It aims to effectively build student communities into a red highland for party building,ideological and political education,a practice garden for talent development,an education base for management services,and a safe and stable front.It effectively constructs a new paradigm for grassroots governance of university student communities.
