CBL联合TBL教学模式在临床检验技能学教学中的应用

摘要 自2013年五年制医学检验专业改为四年制医学检验技术专业后,对学生应用能力的培养尤为重要。要想把学生培养成为合格的应用型医学检验技术人才,现行的教学内容和教学方法已不能满足人才培养目标的要求,因此对教学内容和教学方法的改革势在必行。研究团队在对医学检验技术专业学生的培养中增加了临床检验技能学这门课程,并针对部分章节实施了CBL联合TBL教学模式的改革,旨在培养合格的应用型医学检验技术人才,也为以后开设这门课的学校或其他相似课程的教学提供参考和借鉴。 Since the five-year medical laboratory major was changed to a four-year medical laboratory technology major in 2013,the cultivation of students'application abilities has become particularly important.To cultivate students into qualified applied medical laboratory technicians,the current teaching content and methods can no longer meet the requirements of talent cultivation goals.Therefore,it is imperative to reform the teaching content and methods.The research team has added the course of Clinical Laboratory Skills to the training of students majoring in Medical Laboratory Technology,and implemented a reform of the CBL combined with TBL teaching mode for some chapters,aiming to cultivate qualified applied medical laboratory technology talents and provide reference and inspiration for schools or other similar courses that offer this course in the future.
