理工类高校研究生荣誉体系构建探索与思考

Exploration and Consideration on Constructing the Graduate Honor System in Science and Engineering Universities

荣誉作为一种激励手段,在激发研究生个体的积极性、实现研究生培养目标等方面具有积极的促进作用。目前,高校普遍重物质奖励轻精神激励,各类荣誉奖励之间缺乏协调性和层级性,难以有效发挥激励效果。立足于新时代研究生的思想、学习、科研以及他们未来发展需求,有必要重构研究生荣誉体系。文章对理工类高校研究生荣誉体系构建方案开展了探索研究,以精神奖励和物质奖励相结合,突出精神奖励为导向,按照强调学术研究、鼓励科技创新、引导个性发展、激励专长发挥等原则,构建了贯穿研究生培养全过程的荣誉奖励体系,以更好地支撑研究生评奖评优评价体系改革,实现研究生教育的可持续发展。

Honor,as a means of motivation,has a positive promoting effect on stimulating the enthusiasm of individual graduate students and achieving graduate training goals.At present,universities generally prioritize material rewards over spiritual incentives,and there is a lack of coordination and hierarchy among various honor rewards,making it difficult to effectively exert incentive effects.Based on the ideas,learning,scientific research,and future development needs of graduate students in the new era,it is necessary to reconstruct the graduate honor system.The article explores and studies the construction plan of the honor system for graduate students in science and engineering universities.With a combination of spiritual and material rewards,highlighting the guidance of spiritual rewards,and following the principles of emphasizing academic research,encouraging scientific and technological innovation,guiding individual development,and stimulating expertise,it constructs an honor reward system that runs through the entire process of graduate education,in order to better support the reform of the graduate evaluation system and achieve the sustainable development of graduate education.
