边远山区中职学生心理健康现状分析——以桂东县职业教育中心为例 被引量:1

摘要 文章以桂东县职业教育中心为例,对边远山区中职学生的青春期心理现状展开分析研究。通过对桂东县中职学生的问卷调查结果统计与分析发现,边远山区中职学生的青春期心理问题突出,主要表现为:焦虑、抑郁、自卑,社交问题、家庭问题严重,这些因素严重影响学生的心理健康水平。鉴于此,文章提出了一系列针对性的干预措施,如加强心理健康教育、建立心理咨询机制、营造良好的校园氛围等,以期帮助边远山区中职学生更好地度过青春期,促进其身心的全面健康发展。 This article takes the"Guidong County Vocational Education Center"as an example to analyze and study the psychological status of vocational school students in remote mountainous areas during adolescence.Through the statistics and analysis of the questionnaire survey results of vocational school students in Guidong County,it was found that the adolescent psychological problems of vocational school students in remote mountainous areas are prominent,mainly manifested as anxiety,depression,inferiority complex,serious social and family problems,which seriously affect the psychological health level of students.In view of this,the article proposes a series of targeted intervention measures,such as strengthening mental health education,establishing psychological counseling mechanisms,and creating a good campus atmosphere,in order to help vocational school students in remote mountainous areas better spend their adolescence and promote their comprehensive development of physical and mental health.
