项目式教学与学科竞赛相结合的建筑学创新型人才培养模式研究

摘要 建筑学专业教学质量国家标准和指导性专业规范中明确提出,通过加强实施技能预演训练和创新训练来完善对本专业创新型人才的培养方案,而参与学科竞赛是培养学生创新能力的有效途径。文章深入探究了建筑学专业创新型人才的内涵、需求及培养现状,并详细阐述了高校建筑学专业创新型人才培养面临的问题,再从项目式教学与学科竞赛结合的角度提出了建筑学创新型人才培养模式,实现了高校建筑专业人才培养体系的重构。 The national standards for teaching quality and guiding professional norms in the field of architecture clearly state that the training plan for innovative talents in this field can be improved by strengthening the implementation of skill rehearsal training and innovative training.Participating in subject competitions is an effective way to cultivate students'innovative ability.This article delves into the connotation,needs,and cultivation status of innovative talents in the field of architecture.And elaborated in detail on the problems faced by the cultivation of innovative talents in the field of architecture in universities,and then proposed the cultivation mode of innovative talents in architecture from the perspective of combining project-based teaching with subject competitions,achieving the reconstruction of the talent cultivation system in the field of architecture in universities.
