预防医学专业本科生专业实习现状分析

Status and Analysis of Professional Internships for Undergraduate Students of Preventive Medicine

目的:分析预防医学专业本科生的专业实习现况,以提高专业实习质量,为培养高水平公共卫生人才提供经验借鉴。方法:采用线上问卷调查的方法对实习学生的专业实习情况进行调查。结果:学生对专业实习较为重视,期望能在实习中提升能力。在实习过程中,相较于其他实践方式,学生进行实验类工作较少。对专业实习各方面评价满意及以上的学生占比在56.41%~80.77%。学生对专业实习总体情况评价满意及以上者占比58.97%。大部分学生在专业实习中有所收获。结论:在专业实习后,学生认为自己的能力得到了提升,尤其是专业精神、公共卫生日常工作处理、沟通交流能力和团结协作能力。但仍存在一些有待解决的问题,需要继续完善专业实习方案。

Objective:To improve the quality of professional internships and provide experience for cultivating high-level public health talents,analyze the current situation of professional internships of preventive medicine undergraduates.Methods:An online questionnaire survey was used to investigate the professional internship situation of students majoring in preventive medicine.Results:Students attached importance to professional internships and expected to improve their abilities through this process.During the internship,compared to other practical training,students conducted less experimental work.The percentage of students who evaluated the various aspects of professional internships as satisfactory or above ranged from 56.41%to 80.77%.The percentage of students who evaluated the overall situation of professional internship as satisfactory or above was 58.97%.Most of the students made progress in the professional internship.Conclusion:After their professional internships,students believed that their abilities were enhanced,especially their professionalism,ability to deal with the daily work of public health,communication skills,and ability to work in solidarity and cooperation.However,there are still some problems to be solved in the professional internship of undergraduate students majoring in preventive medicine,and it is necessary to continue to improve the professional internship program.
