广东高校学生返乡就业意愿调查与原因分析

Investigation and Reason Analysis on the Willingness of Guangdong University Students to Return to Their Hometowns for Employment

文章研究了广东省某高校学生返乡就业和创业意愿的关键因素和模式。通过对广东省某高校1000名学生的问卷调查结果分析,揭示了愿意和不愿意返乡学生的不同因素和考虑因素。愿意返乡的学生受家庭背景、创业机会和文化纽带的影响,而不愿意返乡的学生更看重城市就业机会、教育专业和现代生活方式。这些发现对制订针对性的政策和支持措施以促进人才分布和地方经济的可持续增长具有重要意义。

This article studies the key factors and patterns of students'willingness to return home for employment and entrepreneurship in a certain university in Guangdong Province.Through the analysis of the questionnaire survey results of 1000 students from a certain university in Guangdong Province,the different factors and considerations of students who are willing and unwilling to return home were revealed.Students who are willing to return home are influenced by their family background,entrepreneurial opportunities,and cultural ties,while students who are unwilling to return home value urban employment opportunities,education majors,and modern lifestyles more.These findings are of great significance for formulating targeted policies and supporting measures to promote talent distribution and sustainable growth of local economies.
