Exploration of the Practical Teaching Model of Integrating Competition and Teaching in the Economics and Management Majors Based on"Promoting Learning through Competition"

学科竞赛是培养大学生创新实践能力的重要组成部分,将学科竞赛有机融入课堂教学是提高学生实践动手能力的有效途径。文章以广西科技大学为背景,分析了经济管理类专业实践教学的现状及赛教融合的必要性,结合经管专业的人才培养方案,在详细分析学科竞赛遴选原则、竞赛导入实践教学时机两个关键问题的基础上,分别给出了在第一课堂和第二课堂下,赛教融合实践教学模式的设计方案。

Subject competitions are an important component of cultivating college students'innovative and practical abilities.Integrating subject competitions into classroom teaching is an effective way to improve students'practical and handson abilities.This article takes Guangxi University of Science and Technology as the background,analyzes the current situation of practical teaching in economic management majors and the necessity of integration of competition and teaching.Based on a detailed analysis of the selection principles of subject competitions and the timing of introducing practical teaching into competitions,combined with the talent cultivation plan for the management major,a design plan for the integration of competition and teaching in the first and second classrooms is proposed.
