A Survey on the Health Status of University Teachers under the Background of"Healthy China"——A Case Study of Universities in Jiangxi Province

“健康中国”战略强调预防为主,注重健康促进、疾病防控和健康管理的综合推进。调查和研究江西省高校教师的身体健康状况,以提升高校教师的健康水平,有着极其重要的意义。文章采用问卷调查和数据分析等方法,对不同性别、职称、年龄教师的身体健康状况进行了描述和比较,并探讨了江西省高校教师身体疾病的分布情况,分析了导致高校教师身体健康问题的影响因素,最终根据上述现状,提出了提升高校教师身体健康状况的对策建议。

The"Healthy China"strategy emphasizes the primacy of prevention,focusing on comprehensive promotion of health,disease prevention and control,and health management.Investigating and studying the physical health status of university teachers in Jiangxi Province is of great significance for improving their health levels.This article describes and compares the physical health status of teachers in different genders,professional titles,and ages through questionnaire surveys and data analysis.It also explores the distribution of physical diseases among university teachers in Jiangxi Province,analyzes the influencing factors that cause health problems among university teachers,and finally proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve the physical health of university teachers based on the above situation.
