混合式教学在“网络法学”教学中的应用

摘要 传统线下课堂教学已无法满足学生、教师的需求,面对新形势,须利用现代化信息技术来辅助线下教学,由此,线上线下混合式教学成为一种趋势。网络法学作为法学学科的专业课程,近几年一直是学界的科研热点,它的开设已成为全国越来越多法学院校的共识。文章以网络法学为研究对象,在明确网络法学的概念内涵、科学界定其学科范畴的基础上,回顾了当前的学科建设情况,总结既存问题并明确改进方向,探索网络法学教学路径。本研究旨在实现网络法学教学广度与深度的兼容,技术与法律的融合。 Traditional offline classroom teaching can no longer meet the needs of students and teachers.Faced with the new situation,modern information technology must be used to assist offline teaching.Therefore,blended online and offline teaching has become a trend.As a professional course in the field of law,online law has been a hot research topic in the academic community in recent years,and its establishment has become a consensus among more and more law schools across the country.The article takes network law as the research object,and on the basis of clarifying the concept and connotation of network law and scientifically defining its disciplinary scope,it reviews the current situation of disciplinary construction,summarizes existing problems and clarifies improvement directions,and explores the teaching path of network law.This study aims to achieve the breadth and depth compatibility of online legal education,as well as the integration of technology and law.
