基于工程思维培养的师范生劳动教育课程设计思考

摘要 劳动教育是学生德智体美劳全面发展的主要内容之一,劳动教育课程的体系化与职业化发展,标志着高校劳动教育步入了新阶段。文章梳理了师范生劳动教育与科学技术、STEM教育、Tinker教育、创客教育及中小学工程启蒙教育之间的关系,探讨了技术与工程培养学生工程思维、促进劳动教育目的实现的可行性。从目标、内容、路径、评价四方面明确师范生劳动教育课程建设的现实理路,突出劳动教育课程特色;建构师范生劳动教育课程的设计思路,创设劳动教育课程校内专属体系、校企合作体系及社会支持体系,保障劳动教育课程的有效实施。 Labor education is one of the main contents for the comprehensive development of students'morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor.The systematic and professional development of labor education curriculum marks a new stage of labor education in universities.The article sorts out the relationship between labor education for normal school students and science and technology,STEM education,Tinker education,maker education,and engineering enlightenment education in primary and secondary schools,and explores the feasibility of technology and engineering in cultivating students'engineering thinking and promoting the realization of labor education goals.Clarify the practical path of the construction of labor education curriculum for normal university students from four aspects:objectives,content,path,and evaluation,and highlight the characteristics of labor education curriculum;Construct a design concept for the labor education curriculum for normal university students,establish a school exclusive system,school enterprise cooperation system,and social support system for labor education curriculum,and ensure the effective implementation of labor education curriculum.
