摘要
在山东省职教高地建设以及职业培训促进就业创业行动计划指引下,山东医学高等专科学校中日护理培训项目正式启动。文章参考日本国际交流基金所提出的日语教育标准,尝试将can―do模式运用到高职护理日语的教学中,从优化教学理念、创新特色教材、行动导向教学和构建学习档案四个方面探讨提高中国护生的临床护理实践能力、跨文化交流和团队合作能力为目的的护理日语教学创新路径。
Under the guidance of the construction of vocational education highlands in Shandong Province and the action plan for promoting employment and entrepreneurship through vocational training,the Sino Japanese nursing training project of Shandong Medical College has officially been launched.The article refers to the Japanese language education standards proposed by the Japan International Exchange Fund and attempts to apply the can-do model to the teaching of nursing Japanese in vocational colleges.It explores the innovative path of nursing Japanese language teaching from four aspects:optimizing teaching concepts,innovating characteristic textbooks,action oriented teaching,and constructing learning archives,aiming to improve clinical nursing practice ability,cross-cultural communication,and team cooperation ability.
