土木工程一流本科专业建设改革与实践——以合肥城市学院为例

Reform and Practice of Civil Engineering First-class Undergraduate Major Construction——Take City University of Hefei as an example

在一流本科专业建设“双万计划”实施的背景下,土木工程专业的建设更加注重内涵式发展,对人才质量有了更高的要求。合肥城市学院土木工程专业在一流本科专业建设中从专业定位与培养目标、人才培养方案的优化和教学质量保障体系建设等多个方面进行教学改革和实践。在土木工程专业建设过程中凝练出具有特色优势的应用型人才培养模式,把BIM技术融入培养方案,构建基于OBE理念的应用型人才培养体系和学校宏观管控与教研室管理相结合的教学质量保障体系,为其他高校的专业建设提供参考和借鉴。

Under the background of the implementation of"Double Ten Thousand Plan"for first-class undergraduate major construction,the construction of civil engineering major pays more attention to the connotative development and has higher requirements for the quality of talent training.This paper introduces the teaching reform and practice of civil engineering major in City University of Hefei about the first-class undergraduate major construction,and expounds from several aspects,such as major positioning and training objectives,optimization of talent training program and construction of teaching quality assurance system.In the construction process of civil engineering major,a distinctive and advantageous applied talent training model has been condensed,in which BIM technology has been integrated into the training plan,and an OBE based applied talent training system and a teaching quality assurance system combining macro control and teaching and research room management have been constructed,which provided some references for the major construction of other universities.
