摘要
目的:探讨“理+虚+实+练”教学模式在“急危重症护理学”教学中的应用与实践。方法:选取湖北恩施学院2018级90名护生作为研究对象,以系统抽样的方法分作对照组与研究组,对照组45名护生,对照组采用云班课线上辅助+线下教学的教学模式;研究组45名护生,采用“理+虚+实+练”教学模式,完成教学。结果:课程结束后比较2组学生的学习效果、核心能力提升情况,研究组各项数据均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:“理+虚+实+练”教学模式在“急危重症护理学”教学中应用后,使学生能深度掌握护士的核心能力,获取临床知识与技能。通过“理+虚+实+练”教学模式,课程团队在课程建设成效、人才培养质量、助力教师成长及课程社会服务方面有较好的效果。
Objective To explore the application and practical effect of the teaching mode of"T+V+P+C"in the teaching of"Emergency and Critical Care Nursing".Methods We selected 90 nursing students from our school in 2018 as the research subjects and divided them into a control group and a research group using a systematic sampling method.The control group consisted of 45 nursing students,and the control group adopted a cloud class online assistance+offline teaching mode;A research group of 45 nursing students completed the teaching using the"T+V+P+C"teaching mode.Results After the course,compare the learning outcomes and core competencies of the two groups of students.All data in the research group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion After the application of the teaching mode of"T+V+C+P"in the teaching of Nursing for Critical Illness,students can deeply master the core competence of nurses and acquire clinical knowledge and skills.Through the teaching model of"theory+virtuality+reality+practice",the curriculum team has achieved good results in curriculum construction,talent cultivation quality,assisting teacher growth,and providing social services for the curriculum.
