“双一流”背景下高校教师胜任力模型构建与提升策略

摘要 高校教师是新时代“双一流”建设的主力军,打造一流的高校教师队伍,有必要厘清新时代“双一流”背景下的高校教师胜任力素质。研究通过文献资料回顾、问卷调查统计等方法,构建了包括科研能力、数字化、人际沟通能力、责任心、自主发展能力在内的新时代“双一流”背景下高校教师胜任力模型,并基于此模型的进一步分析结果,提出了加强对教师教学科研的稳定支持、提升教育教学的数字素养、树立教书育人的平等观念、践行教师职业的崇高使命、提高自主发展的认知管理等提升策略。 University teachers are the main force in the construction of the"Double First Class"in the new era.To create a first-class university teacher team,it is necessary to improve the competence and quality of university teachers under the background of the"Double First Class"in the era.Through literature review,questionnaire survey statistics,and other methods,this study constructed a competency model for university teachers in the new era of"Double First Class",which includes research ability,digitization,interpersonal communication ability,sense of responsibility,and self-development ability.Based on the further analysis results of this model,it is proposed to strengthen stable support for teachers'teaching and research,improve digital literacy in education and teaching,and establish an equal concept of teaching and educating people Implementing the noble mission of teaching profession and enhancing cognitive management for independent development.
