工程应用型地方大学“卓越计划”教学改革探究——以湖南工程学院自动化专业为例

Teaching Reform and Exploration of the"Excellence Plan"in Engineering Applied Local Universities——The example of"Automation"Major in Hunan Institute of Engineering

“卓越计划”是高等学校培养工程应用型人才的重要手段,是完善教育体系的重要举措。文章结合湖南工程学院自动化专业“卓越计划”的实施现状,对面向“卓越计划”的工程应用型地方大学自动化专业存在的现有课程体系不适应、产教研联系不紧密、企业类型参差不齐、学生主动性较差等问题进行分析。并提出几点思考,以期与同行一起探讨工程应用型地方大学自动化专业在“卓越计划”背景下的工程能力培养体系构建及综合质量提升举措。

The"Excellence Plan"is an important means for higher education institutions to cultivate engineering applied talents and an important measure to improve the education system.The article analyzes the current implementation status of the"Excellence Plan"in the automation major of Hunan University of Engineering,and analyzes the problems of the existing curriculum system of the"Excellence Plan"oriented engineering application oriented local university automation major,such as inadequate connection between industry,teaching,and research,uneven enterprise types,and poor student initiative.Several suggestions are proposed to explore with colleagues the construction of an engineering capability training system and comprehensive quality improvement measures for automation majors in engineering applied local universities under the background of the"Excellence Plan".
