信息技术的发展给社会带来了深刻的变革,教育的发展也深受其影响。随着教育改革的日益深入,信息技术在其中扮演着越来越重要的作用,对于教育教学的创新、教学观念的改变都有着积极影响。2022年新课程标准提出,语文学科的核心素养是文化自信、语言运用、思维能力和审美创造,那如何利用信息技术帮助教师改进课堂、提高教学效率,进而促进学生语文学科核心素养的发展是一个令人关注的话题。文章从界定语文核心素养及信息技术概念出发,阐述了信息技术对培养小学生的语文核心素养的意义,并拟定了基于信息技术背景的小学语文核心素养的培养策略,以期促进学生全面发展。

The development of information technology has brought profound changes to society,and the development of education has also been deeply influenced by it.With the deepening of education reform,information technology plays an increasingly important role,which has a positive impact on innovation in education and teaching,as well as changes in teaching concepts.The 2022 new curriculum standards propose that the core competencies of the Chinese language subject are cultural confidence,language use,thinking ability,and aesthetic creation.Therefore,how to use information technology to help teachers improve the classroom,improve teaching efficiency,and promote the development of students'core competencies in the Chinese language subject is a topic of concern.Starting from defining the concepts of Chinese core literacy and information technology,the article elaborates on the significance of information technology in cultivating students'primary school Chinese core literacy,and formulates strategies for cultivating primary school Chinese core literacy based on the background of information technology,with the aim of promoting students'comprehensive development.
