摘要
各高职院校“双师”型教师的认定标准和管理办法不一,其考核评价体系不健全,评价各有侧重,导致“双师”教师质量参差不齐,“双师”队伍整体素质不高。文章综述“双师”队伍建设的问题和现有评价,思考“双师”队伍未来的发展路径,通过支持教师发展中心建设,建立国际化师资队伍,健全产教融合、校企协同培养机制,健全教师发展评价机制等措施,为打造高水平“双师”队伍,助力“双高”计划高质量完成提供参考。
The identification standards and management methods of"double professional"teachers in higher vocational colleges are different,the evaluation system is not perfect,and has different focuses,which leads to the uneven quality of"double professional"teachers,and the overall quality of"double professional"team needs to be improved.We summarize the problems and existing evaluation of"double professional"team,and think about the future development path of"double professional"team in the paper.By supporting the construction of teacher development centers,establishing international teaching teams,improving the integration of production and education,school-enterprise collaborative training mechanism,and improving the teacher development evaluation mechanism,we hope to provide references for building a high-level"double professional"team and helping the high-quality completion of the"double high"plan.
