加强新时代高校师资队伍建设的路径探索

人才作为社会第一资源,是强国之本,是国家战略之基。高校作为科研创新的重要阵地,肩负着培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人的职责。加强师资队伍建设是不断提高高校人才培养质量和实现其自身发展的重要途径,也是高等教育高质量发展的内涵需求。文章基于高校师资队伍建设内涵,指出了当前师资队伍建设中存在的问题,明确了加强师资队伍建设的重要意义,并从师德师风、队伍结构、人才引进、教师培养五个维度提出了加强师资队伍建设的可行路径。

Talent,as the primary resource of society,is the foundation of a strong country and the foundation of national strategy.As an important battlefield for scientific research and innovation,universities shoulder the responsibility of cultivating new generations who shoulder the responsibility of national rejuvenation.Strengthening the construction of the teaching staff is an important way to continuously improve the quality of talent cultivation in universities and achieve their own development,and it is also an inherent requirement for the high-quality development of higher education.Based on the connotation of the construction of the teaching staff in universities,the article points out the problems existing in the current construction of the teaching staff,clarifies the important significance of strengthening the construction of the teaching staff,and proposes feasible paths to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff from five dimensions:teacher ethics,team structure,talent introduction,and teacher training.
