学科竞赛推动智能制造课程教育质量提升

摘要 智能制造是我国迈向制造业强国的重要发展战略。为提升智能制造工程新工科专业课程的教学质量,文章针对专业课程建设中的困难和挑战,分析学科竞赛在教育教学中的优势作用,提出将学科竞赛实践教学融入专业理论教学中。从学科竞赛中凝练课程案例,激发学习兴趣,加深知识理解;将竞赛案例与前沿技术相结合,开展启发式教育,培养学生的创新思维;以学科竞赛为桥梁,拉近课堂理论知识与企业生产实际的距离;以学科竞赛为抓手,推动智能制造专业课程建设,全面提升教育教学质量。 Intelligent manufacturing is an important national development strategy to become a manufacturing powerhouse.In order to improve the teaching quality of the intelligent manufacturing engineering major of new engineering majors,this paper focuses on the difficulties and challenges in the professional curriculum construction.The advantages of discipline competitions in education and teaching are analyzed.An integration of the practical teaching in discipline competitions with the theory teaching in professional theory courses proposed.Course cases are extracted from discipline competitions to stimulate the learning interest and deepen the knowledge understanding.Competition cases are combined with cutting-edge technology to conduct heuristic education,and innovative thinking of students is cultivated.Discipline competition is taken as a bridge to shorten the distance between theoretical knowledge and practical manufacturing.Full advantages of discipline competitions are taken to promote the construction of intelligent manufacturing engineering courses and comprehensively improve the quality of education and teaching.
